How does MyFaceShape work?

The app uses Apple's Vision framework to detect facial landmarks and calculate proportions to determine your face shape.

Is my data private?

Yes. All processing happens on your device. No photos are uploaded to MyFaceShape servers.

What face shapes can be detected?

Seven shapes: oval, round, square, heart, diamond, oblong, and triangle.

Why am I getting "No face detected"?

Use a clear front-facing photo with good lighting. Make sure your face is visible, not covered, and fills most of the frame.

How accurate is the detection?

Our algorithm has 85%+ accuracy when photos meet quality requirements.

Can I use photos from my gallery?

Yes. You can upload any supported photo from your iPhone photo library.

Is MyFaceShape free?

Yes. MyFaceShape is completely free with all features unlocked, unlimited scans, no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, no hidden fees, and no ads.

Do I need an account or payment method?

No. You do not need to create an account, add a payment method, or buy anything to use MyFaceShape.

Why don't I see purchase options?

There are no purchase options because the app is free for everyone. If you see anything that looks like a payment prompt, contact support.
