Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MyFaceShape ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Service Description

MyFaceShape is a face shape analysis application that uses facial measurement analysis to determine your face shape. The app identifies seven face shapes: oval, round, square, heart, diamond, oblong, or triangle.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

User Obligations

When using MyFaceShape, you agree to:

• Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Not use the app for facial recognition, identification, or surveillance
• Not interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Accuracy Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Face shape results are estimates based on facial proportion measurements using computer vision algorithms. Results are provided for:

• Personal entertainment
• General guidance for styling decisions
• Educational purposes

Results should NOT be used for:

• Medical diagnosis or treatment
• Biometric identification or authentication
• Professional assessments
• Legal or official documentation
• Any purpose requiring certified accuracy

We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of face shape analysis results.

Free Service

MyFaceShape is provided completely FREE of charge with all features unlocked. There are:

• No subscriptions
• No in-app purchases
• No hidden fees
• No ads
• Unlimited scans for all users

Intellectual Property

All content in MyFaceShape, including but not limited to:

• App design and user interface
• Source code and algorithms
• Graphics, icons, and branding
• Text and documentation

...is owned by MyFaceShape and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

Privacy and Data

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about data collection and usage. By using the app, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

Camera and Photo Access

The app requests access to your camera and photo library solely for face shape analysis. All processing happens on your device. Photos are never uploaded, transmitted, or shared.

User Content

Any photos you scan remain your property. You grant the app permission to process photos locally on your device for face shape analysis only. We do not access, store, or transmit your photos.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The app is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not responsible for device malfunction, data loss, or other technical issues
• Total liability shall not exceed $0 (zero dollars) as the app is free

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyFaceShape from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Terminate or suspend access to the app at any time
• Discontinue the app or any features
• Modify the app without notice

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

Changes to Terms

Governing Law and Disputes

• Apple is not responsible for the app or its content
• You must comply with Apple's App Store Terms of Service
